 Does your patio have weeds and hold water after a rain?

Our certified hardscape staff repaired all settled areas to eliminate puddles after rain events.  Then the area was thoroughly cleaned,  Polymeric Sand was added and Sealer applied.  www.alliancegator.com Gator Maxx sand was properly consolidated into the interlocking pavement joints, to keep this patio looking new!  Do you remember when your patio was new?

 Weeds and Poor Drainage?

A small section of pavers were taken up and the trench drain was relocated and reinstalled for proper drainage.  The aggregate base was then re-graded to reduce puddling.  The pavers were then cleaned to be ready for polymeric sand followed by a natural look sealer.  Protect your investment!

 Why did my steps settle?

The steps were repaired by installing the proper size aggregate behind the step riser, geotextile fabric was added to keep the setting bed material from migrating out, then polymeric sand was properly consolidated to reduce weed and insects.   Keep your steps looking new!

Paver sealer can prevent stains and reduce the amount of moisture that soaks into your interlocking pavement system.  Your interlocking concrete pavers will last a lifetime but don't you want your patio to look new for a lifetime?
